It exists because clients kept asking the same question: can the same people who run our network also run our phones, so there is only one number to call when something goes wrong?
Why a separate division?
Business voice is its own discipline — carriers, number porting, SIP, E911, call flows, and the network underneath it all. Giving it a dedicated home lets each practice stay sharp: the parent company keeps businesses running; Triton VoIP keeps them talking. Same organization, same accountability, one owner for the whole stack from the internet circuit to the dial tone.
What carries over from the parent company
Twenty-five years of operating business infrastructure. The network expertise that decides whether a voice deployment sounds crystal clear or drops calls. Security habits from managing regulated environments. Vendor partnerships including Microsoft and Sophos. And the unglamorous conviction that a phone system is not done when it demos well — it is done when it survives a Monday morning, a power blip, and a carrier outage.

Anywhere the work is. Headquarters are in Worcester, Massachusetts; the parent company operates offices in the US and EU and has supported clients internationally since 2001. Hosted cloud phone systems are delivered remotely worldwide, with on-site work arranged where cabling, hardware, or cutover calls for it.
